RETURN AND EXCHANGE: Products ordered from our online store can be returned (exchanged) within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, according to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection," if these products are not included in the list of proper quality goods that are not subject to exchange (return) according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №172.

Mandatory conditions for product return or exchange:

  1. The product must be complete with all components.
  2. Original and undamaged packaging and labels must be present.
  3. Product must maintain its marketable condition (no signs of use).

Before returning a product, you must contact a manager to submit a return request. Returns can be made via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or at the pickup point.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Personalized products cannot be returned (for example, products manufactured according to individual designs, plates with custom inscriptions requested by the customer).
  2. If the sent product is not eligible for return, the store will have to send it back at the buyer's expense.
  3. Refunds are processed within three business days to the customer's card or bank account after inspecting the package for damage and verifying the product's marketable condition.
