Online payment by bank card
Carried out online to the seller’s account. When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system.

Cashless payments
After placing your order, our managers will send an invoice with payment details. Payment is made to the bank account of individual entrepreneurs of group 2 without VAT. Payment can be made using your bank's mobile application, through a self-service bank terminal or bank cash desk.

Privat24
Payment through Privat24 is also made using the payment system LiqPay. On the ordering page, after selecting the appropriate item and clicking the “Confirm order” button, you will be redirected to the secure LiqPay electronic payment page, then select the appropriate “Private 24” tab.

The order is dispatched within 2-10 business days after payment is credited to the online store account, depending on the product ordered. The cost of delivery according to the tariffs of the transport company is paid by the buyer.

Nova Post - from 55 UAH
Dispatch is made within 2-10 business days after payment is credited to the online store account, depending on the ordered product. The cost of delivery and the cost of additional packaging is paid by the buyer according to the tariffs of the Nova Poshta company.
*additional packaging is a prerequisite for TC Nova Poshta to accept fragile shipments for transportation and a guarantee of reimbursement in case of damage to the goods by the carrier company. If additional packaging is refused, the buyer assumes all risks associated with damage to the goods.

Note!
As soon as we transfer the company's parcels to the carrier, all responsibility for the integrity of the goods passes to the transport company. Each item is insured at the time of dispatch.
Receipt
Upon receipt, regardless of the form of payment, you must carefully inspect the parcel, open the packaging and check the fragile goods for integrity and compliance with the order. If damage to the goods is detected, immediately, without leaving the department, you must contact the transport company employees to draw up a claim report and an application for compensation. It is also necessary to notify our store managers about this.
Once you confirm receipt of the package, responsibility for its contents passes to you. If any damage to the goods is discovered at home, you will no longer be able to count on receiving compensation.
